TapTranscribe.com provides transcription credits that are consumed when you process audio or video files. Credits are provided through recurring subscriptions (e.g., Basic, Pro) or one-time purchases (e.g., credit packs).

2. Conditions for a Refund

  • Major Service Failure: If a critical technical error on our platform prevents you from using the service for an extended period, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that period.
  • Billing Errors: Any duplicate charges or incorrect billing caused by our system will be fully refunded.

3. Situations Where a Refund is Not Applicable

  • Credits Used: Once transcription credits have been used to process a file, the cost associated with that usage is non-refundable, regardless of the quality of the transcription.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchased subscriptions or credit packs if you change your mind.
